Hoarder....Oh in a big way!

Look at what was waiting for me in the mailbox today. I am so bad....but I couldn't resist! Here I just posted a couple of days ago that I have too many beads now look at what I've done. But they were so sparkly and shiny and pretty and did I mention sparkly?? Oh I'm like a kid in a candy store when it comes to pretty little gems. Though some of these are 12mm and 10mm...so not so little but pretty nonetheless :)


Here's just a short run down of what I've got here:

Strands:
The large almost black stones are Rainbow Obsidian
10mm Faceted Ametrine....oh so stunning!
7mm Rhodolite garnet
and a strand of mixed, Peridot, Amethyst, Rose Quartz bicones


Loose:
Lemon Smoky Quartz faceted briolette's
Blue Chalcedony drops
Aquamarine faceted briolette's
Amethyst faceted twist briolette's
Iolite faceted twist briolette's
Ametrine faceted drops
Green Topaz faceted heart
Pink Topaz faceted briolette
London Blue Topaz faceted hearts
Peridot faceted onion
Then about 20 more mixed faceted little gems

I'm so excited I can't wait to start working with all of these!! Can we say happy, happy, joy, joy??

Orbs...

.....is the name of my newly listed earrings. I told you I wouldn't be able to make these without adding stones to them...sheesh I'm so predictable ;-) The stones are faceted Blue Quartz on wishbone earwires. I made the earwires by hammering them, so the stones stay in place and to harden the sterling silver wire.

Wishful Thoughts.....

Are the name of my new earrings. I just bought these faceted Smokey Quartz stones yesterday, and I couldn't wait to work with them. I also bought some new Labradorite stones so watch for new pieces!

Aquamarine and Amethyst Pendant

I just made this tonight by hammering 18 gauge sterling silver wire. I'm thinking this pendant would look nice on a silk cord too. I really like the way it turned out. I'll be listing this tomorrow on Etsy. Hmm...maybe I'll make some matching earrings too. I haven't listed the Labradorite bracelet yet, I'm thinking I might tweek it a bit, we'll see. Anywhoey, I'm off to work on some Goddess Charms.

New Earrings

The pair on the left are Sterling Silver earrings with Lepidocrosite in Quartz. I can't even begin to tell you how awesome this stone is. The reflective colors in the Lepidocrosite is really like looking at a pool of confetti gathered at the points of the Quartz with some stray flashes of color throughout the stone.

The pair on the right are Sterling Silver earrings that are hand forged and textured by me. The faceted Amethyst briolettes dance in the center of the circle.
